Users can now add a question to a form from a template. This will help save significant time if users are frequently adding the same questions to forms, especially lengthy lists (e.g. country). Users just need to save it as a template, and it can be re-used again and again. Also available are “global templates” – a set of templates available to all of our clients.
InCrowd’s Digital Experience Platform, Bridge, is now multi-regional with a US instance up and running in Oregon. This is an important technical update as InCrowd open operations in the United States, allowing us to work with customers in the USA in full compliance with US data protection laws.
On selected fields in Audience Builder, Bridge users now have access to a new input method – Search & Select. Before, Audience Builder had free text input fields which weren’t the most accessible and were prone to user error. InCrowd’s solution to this was to create an input that would recognise a typed keyword and return a list of results relevant to the user. E.g. Searching ‘chels’ within the ticket module’s Product Name filter will return a list of values containing ‘Chelsea’ in a handy dropdown. There are a couple of usability rules to this feature:
Another usability update for Audience Builder – InCrowd has added the ability for users query if data ‘exists’ via an operator. A big use case for this have been questions like ‘how many contacts do I have with a first name/email/something else?’ Well, using the ‘exists’ logic, you can find that out!
A new Undo / Redo feature has been built into the latest version of InCrowd Cast, offering better support for Power Users through Keyboard shortcuts / Hotkeys.
Cast operators now get a history of changes they can jump back to allowing any changes to be recovered or undone easily.
