Mobile ticketing for sports events is set for exponential growth and InCrowd are at the forefront of this evolution, providing the technology for rights holders to not only go completely paperless but also entirely mobile. Working with The ECB, the Ticket Wallet facilitated the first 100% mobile ticketed event in the UK, at The Hundred 2021.

  • Management

    Delivery and tracking of tickets, last minute requests and hospitality allocations are all ticketing challenges that are made simple by being able to send tickets direct to mobile at the click of a button.

  • Data collection

    By delivering the ticket to mobile, more behavioural data is collected from all fans in the stadium (not just the ticket purchaser). This data can be linked to other areas of the app to provide a personalised experience and provide a better understanding of the customer.

  • Health Waivers

    A self certification mechanism is now built is as a standard feature of the Ticket Wallet. All attending fans are required to complete a Self Certification before entry to any venue, consisting of simple questions which should be answered accurately by the individual using the ticket, helping to ensure the safety of all match attendees.

  • Anti-tout

    The Ticket Wallet can prevent touting of tickets for major matches by tracking and restricting the movement of tickets. Anti-tout features include Barcode / QR protection, screenshot protection, two step email verification, devince locking and ticket specific animations and holograms. 

  • Revenue opportunities

    InCrowd’s ticket proposition has a proven record of delivering revenue back to the rights holder through marketing sent via the ticket wallet.
