InCrowd is a data led fan marketing company, but first and foremost, we are sports fans. We understand the unrivalled passion and dedication of supporters towards the clubs, leagues and players they care about.
We use advanced front end platforms, in-house technology and integrations with third-party suppliers to capture real-time behavioural and transactional fan data enabling our clients to gain a better understanding of their fans, going well beyond who they are and delving deeper into their behavioural habits and characteristics as a sports fan. This approach allows our clients to deliver relevant, personalised and timely content and marketing messages to fans, vastly enhancing the fan experience whilst achieving commercial objectives for themselves and their brand partners.
We work with multiple sports organisations and clubs including; Formula 1, ECB, 10 Premier League / Championship football clubs, Eurloeague, United Rugby Championship, Rugby Football League and Premiership Rugby. We have seen rapid growth in our five year history and now have over 90 staff based in London and Brighton and now Australia. This role will be a challenge but it is a rare opportunity to be part of a fast growing business offering progression, opportunity and personal growth.

Who are you?
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant who will take responsibility for coordinating and executing a broad range of marketing activities to support our Head of Marketing.
You will be working across campaigns & communications, events, SEO, paid advertising as well as liaising with leading sports media outlets to drive official PR partnerships. You will also be responsible for InCrowd content across blogs, vlogs, social media and more. We work with many sports outfits, brands and agencies so the role may require travel to meet clients from time to time.
There will also be some crossover with the commercial team, supporting their work across tender processes and sales presentation to new and existing clients.
The successful candidate will be joining InCrowd at an exciting point of change for the company and will be working directly with our Head Of Marketing and alongside the commercial and account management teams.
- A marketing related education to a graduate level
- 2+ years of marketing industry experience
- Strong levels of idea generation and creativity
- Proactivity, ability to take initiative and confidence
- High level of skill in the Google workspace
- Excellent written skills appropriate for press releases, news & blog content and sales support.
- A passion for sport & basic understanding of commercial structures in the industry
- Graphic design
- Video production and editing
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
