Can I use my Sky Bet account to sign up?
Yes. If you already use Sky Bet, you will have the option of signing in with your Sky Bet account directly through the Sky Bet sign up button.
How do I “check in”?
You will find the check in button located on your app home screen. When you are inside the stadium attending a Sky Bet EFL fixture, you must press the “check in” button located at the bottom of your screen to have your visit recorded. You must ensure that you have location services turned on or else your visit will not be counted.
How do I turn location services on?
- iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services. Make sure that Location Services is on. Scroll down to find the Sky Bet EFL Rewards app. Tap the app and select “While Using App” or “Always” to ensure your check in is successful.
- Android: Open your device’s Settings app. Tap Security & location. If you have a work profile, tap Advanced. Tap Location. Turn Use location on.
What are “Achievements”?
Achievements are awarded based on the interactions you make via the app, for instance; checking in under certain conditions. Achievements differ from rewards in that they are awarded by completing challenges. There are numerous challenges you can complete and achievements to be won. Achievements will be displayed on your profile.
What are my “Stats”?
For every check-in that you make, FanScore will track various stats relating to the events you would have seen. For instance, how many goals you saw, if your team won or lost.
How do I win prizes?
Rewards are available to fans who check in via the app whilst located inside the stadium on that match day. The prizes are awarded to fans randomly. Other prizes will be available throughout the season through competitions and completing achievements.
What prizes can I win?
Sky Bet, title sponsors of the EFL are giving away match day tickets to fans of all EFL clubs, signed club shirts and “one off experiences” that will be determined by Sky Bet and the EFL at the time of awarding. Additional prizes may be added or removed throughout the season.
Who can see my photos?
You will be able to see your own photos. Images uploaded by fans directly through the app camera will be solely accessible by fans from the team that you support so you don’t need to worry about opposing teams seeing your photos. Each photo will be moderated to ensure it complies with the EFL Ground Regulations. Any image that is entered into a competition may be used for promotional purposes.
Why can’t I see photos in the stadium on the match centre?
The sharing of photographs taken inside all stadiums across the EFL is strictly prohibited in the Sky Bet EFL Rewards app, as outlined in the EFL Ground Regulations. What photos can I see?
You can see any photo you have taken and saved on the app for personal viewing. Photographs shared on the app that abides by the law and the EFL Ground Regulations, are viewable subject to moderation.
I can’t check in or I have no signal
If you’ve attempted to check-in but failed due to a connectivity issue, you may still have your attendance tracked even without WiFi or data signal. Fans will have 24 hours to connect to WiFi or data on the app after the match ends to redeem their reward opportunity.
How do I redeem a reward i’ve won?
If you have won a reward, you should receive an email in the upcoming days confirming this providing instructions on what to do next. The email will be sent to the email address which you used to sign up with so ensure your details are correct.
I didn’t receive my email after I won, what do I do?
Please allow up to 7 days for the email to be sent to you if you have successfully won a reward. If you believe you still haven’t received an email, please visit the support section on your app homepage to contact us.
Can I choose more than one team?
Unfortunately you can only select one team. Whilst we understand fans may support more than one club, there is a strict one club per account policy. Stats, achievements, challenges and rewards are bespoke to the club. Therefore, to ensure fair play, fans must be given the same opportunity to win by having one team.
Can I change team?
Unfortunately not, once you have selected your team and signed up you are unable to change your team.
Why can’t I change teams?
Once you have selected your team on sign up, your stats, achievements, challenges and rewards are linked to your account and team. We want to ensure fans have an equal chance of winning achievements and rewards. Therefore, to ensure fair play, fans are given the same opportunity to win by only having one team selection per account on sign up.
Can I get rewards if I do not check in at the stadium?
Rewards are available to fans who check in via the app whilst located inside the stadium on that match day. The prizes are awarded to fans randomly. However, other prizes will be available throughout the season through competitions and completing achievements.
How do I change my details?
Go to “Account” where you will find an “Edit Details” section. Here you will be able to amend your contact details. Please note, you will not be able to change your date of birth or club here.
