Data capture
Digital ticketing collects general administrative information, but putting tickets behind a Single Sign-On (SSO) elevates data capture to a new level, connecting ticketing into your wider digital ecosystem to create richer fan profiles. In addition, logged-in digital ticketing means that purchaser becomes known to the rights holder, whilst tracked ticket transfers means we can also know who the original purchaser is attending with, transforming the entire audience from unknown to known. We also offer expert data advisory and implementation services to help you maxmise data capture.
Ticket transfer and bulk sharing
Benefit from advanced functionality that enables users to share large numbers of tickets to others natively in the app via a user generated share code. This enables fans, sponsors or other third parties to distribute their purchased/allocated tickets via the app, with ticket receivers simply logging in and entering the share code to claim their digital ticket(s).


Anti-tout mechanisms
To ensure ticket legitimacy and provide peace of mind, our secure system uses several layers of protection. QR code protection keeps the ticket's QR code hidden until a set time before an event, preventing early distribution. To combat unauthorised sharing, we can also use screenshot blocking and device locking, which ties the ticket to a single mobile device.

The technology
Our Digital Ticketing solution is powered by our TicketCore technology, an API-first, supplier agnostic middleware that ingests feeds from multiple ticket providers and transforms them into a standard format, which is then made available to frontend app developers via a standard set of APIs to build directly into frontend applications.
We can also offer design and development services for a native mobile ticket wallet, added to InCrowd-built or third party apps and utilising the live API of data from any ticket provider. We also have a wealth of experience of working with and integrating third party SDKs across ticketing and beyond.
