After an amazing ICC World Test Championship Final last week with South Africa emerging victorious, we are excited to share some key results from the use of InCrowd's Digital Ticketing technology.

The WTCF final saw:

🏏 4 sell out match days

📲 95% of attendees selecting digital tickets as preferred method of entry

🎟️ 92% of digital tickets downloaded, activated and used on match day

Implemented in close collaboration with teams from the ICC, Marylebone Cricket Club and England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) and with technical partners Deltatre and SeatGeek, this solution enabled a more streamlined process for on-the-day access to Lord's Cricket Ground, as well as increasing visibility of direct ticket purchasers and ticket holders who received a shared ticket.
