Struggling to keep fans engaged?
- Fans disengaging without mobile-first experiences during and beyond matchday
- Fragmented services (tickets, content, streaming) leading to friction and drop-off
- Out-of-the-box apps that lack flexibility and fail to scale with your digital strategy
- Inadequate analytics and CRM integration that limit personalisation
- Missed sponsorship and activation opportunities on the most-used fan channel
- No centralised platform for real-time communication, loyalty, or engagement

Mobile Ticketing is a continued focus for the ICC to improve the spectator experience and understand our fans better. Working with InCrowd’s technology at the ICC World Test Championship Final at Lords made it possible to seamlessly connect different SSO and payment systems and successfully deliver digital ticketing within the dedicated ICC tournament App. The fact we delivered a successful event experience for fans, over 4 consecutive days, is testament to the integration and technology used, and we look forward to continuing with digital ticketing at future ICC events.
InCrowd are a fundamental part of PREM Rugby’s digital ecosystem, helping us understand our fans and improve experiences. We now have the ability to capitalise on our new, first party data to deliver personalised marketing campaigns that engage our fans across all channels, driving key revenue streams and offering partners a more sophisticated sponsorship proposition.
TicketCore has underpinned our ticketing strategy right from the start of The Hundred. The simplicity and flexibility of the ticket sharing journey has enabled us to significantly grow our known attendees and marketable database beyond just the initial purchaser, and the bulk transfer option is now a key part of our fulfilment approach. The integration with Okta's SSO has worked consistently well, and the two way integration with Secutix has made it easy for our box office teams to manage queries from one single source across all venues"

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
What’s the difference between native, hybrid, and web apps?
Native apps are built specifically for iOS or Android and offer the best performance. Hybrid apps work across both but may sacrifice customisation. Web apps run in-browser and are simpler, but less powerful. We help you choose based on your user expectations and business goals.
How long does it take to build a sports mobile app?
Depending on complexity and integrations, projects typically run between 3 to 6 months from discovery to launch. We’ll provide a clear roadmap upfront.
Can the app integrate with our existing ticketing and CRM platforms?
Yes. We have deep experience integrating with major platforms including Seatgeek, Ticketmaster, FluidCM, and a wide range of CRMs and video providers.
What fan engagement features can we include?
Live polling, match predictions, player voting, reward points, team reskins, push notifications, in-app purchases, and more. These are all designed to maximise interaction and retention.
Is the app scalable and secure?
Absolutely. Our architecture is cloud-based, scalable to support major surges, and built with the highest security standards including GDPR compliance and user data protection.
Will the app support sponsorship and commercial partners?
Yes. We help you unlock new digital inventory by integrating branded content placements, sponsored fan features, and data-driven partner campaigns.
What happens after launch?
We remain your partner, tracking KPIs, helping you optimise content, onboarding sponsors, and rolling out new fan-focused features.
