There are some additions to the search functionality to make usage even easier, including improved feedback where the search isn’t valid or returns no results. In the fixture search, we’ve adjusted the date fields so that you’ll see results when you search with a ‘from’ and a ‘to’ on the same day.
Optimising for app usage, the YouTube thumbnail prefill will use a 16:9 image rather than 4:3.
Also, if there are two or more content categories with the same name, Bridge will now show the path in the primary category dropdown to help distinguish between the categories and ensure the right allocation.
In order to further streamline the user experience, new functionality in InCrowd’s ground breaking Asset Allocator now offers the ability to bulk edit allocation time in seconds as well as an update to setting Running Orders, which now updates the time remaining in allocations menu when a slot is removed.
The team have added the ability to search for polls by ID, and have also added a recommendation function that suggests the poll ratios based on review of apps – for example if portrait is selected, it will recommend 3:4 ratio.
The Forms theme preview will now use the background colour for the input field, in order to match behaviour of the fan-facing form and ensure users can see exactly what fans will be seeing on the front end.

Deleting a fan following a GDPR request used to be a semi-automated process and could take some time for InCrowd services to complete.
The team have created a fan deletion feature in Bridge that allows users to search for fans via name, email address, and ID and trigger a 24-hour deletion flow from all InCrowd services.
If the job fails, there’s a handy re-try button to re-trigger the flow.
The system also keeps an audit trail of deleted records only identifiable via an ID but there all the same for GDPR paper trail purposes.
