What is Asset Allocator?
Sales and operational management of TV-facing and fan facing inventory is still typically managed manually. Platforms used are not linked and prone to user errors, with no audit trails and a lack of transparency in terms of available inventory to sell.
Asset Allocator is designed specifically for sport and with efficiency and ease of use as the driving forces behind development.
Importantly, Asset Allocator operates and transfers content and media in an entirely online environment, eliminating the use of spreadsheets, shared asset folders, third party media transfer platforms or hardware based exchanges ie. USBs.
How does it work?
Sell & Allocate
Sell and allocate minutes to brands for specific matches and segments within those matches ie. first half, half time etc. Users can also subtly upweight minutes to fulfil unsold allocations or offer as a bonus to top buying brands.
Manage
Operational team runs set-up of events including adding relevant brand media (logo, video etc) and managing and securing approvals.
Schedule
Once allocations are made, media added and approval secured, the team can define the second by second running orders required for actual event playout.
Monitor
Report on allocations with playback and time-stamped records in the proof centre. Upload and download clips or screenshots from social media against brand allocations, add QA notes and set QA status. Asset Allocator also features brand-specific proof centres, offering a more focussed form of reporting for brand partners.
Seamless syncing with in-stadia display software
Pairing Asset Allocator with InCrowd’s best-in-class LED display management software, Cast, offers a completely seamless exchange of planned out running orders for instant playout in stadiums and sports venues. Post-event, Cast’s automatically generated audit logs can be passed immediately back to Asset Allocator to support in-depth reporting and proof of delivery for brands in the proof centre.
